Taco

Meet Taco! This 6.5-pound senior Chihuahua may be small, but his heart is as big as they come. Taco is a social butterfly who loves everyone he meets, though he might give a little bark when he sees people through the fence. Once he's face-to-face, his tail starts wagging nonstop, and his sweet personality shines through. He's ready to shower you with puppy kisses, even though his puppy days are long behind him. Taco and his brother, Budda, came into rescue after their beloved mom passed away. There's so much love left in this little old man, and he'd be happiest curled up on a lap, soaking up affection. If you're looking for a devoted lap buddy—or two—Taco is ready to fill your home with love.

Ideal Home

Taco would do best in a home with older children who are familiar with small dogs, as he can be easily injured unintentionally by very young children. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. He would especially love to find a home with his brother, Budda.

Ongoing Health

Taco has been neutered, is up to date on vaccinations, is heartworm negative, and is current on monthly prevention. He is microchipped with lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Taco is a social boy who loves to give affection. He would be happiest with a companion who can offer him plenty of love and attention.
