Hi there, I'm Bea! I'm a tiny 3-year-old, 5-pound bundle of love. I don't quite understand why I'm still waiting for my forever home, but I know that I have so much love to give. As soon as I arrived in my foster home, I found a lap and curled up for a nap, and that night, I joined the family in bed like I'd always been there. I believe that every lap is meant to be shared, every blanket is meant to be burrowed under, and every person I meet could be my forever family.

I love to race you to the couch, and I often win! I'm like a teddy bear come to life, always wanting to be close to my people. I'm wonderful with kids, even the little ones, and can switch from playful zoomies to peaceful cuddles in an instant. I'll let you know when someone's at the door, and I give my best effort on leash walks, even if my little legs think they're much bigger!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home where I'll always feel loved and where my medical needs can be met.

Ongoing Health

I have diabetes and require daily insulin injections. While I don't particularly like the needles, I trust the people who love me and stand still for my injections. My diabetes is something I live with, but it doesn't define me.

Training & Support

I'm a happy, playful, and cuddly dog who is worth every bit of extra care.
