King is an easy-going companion with a talent for toy collecting and a smile that will melt your heart! This gentle giant is around 2 years old and currently weighs 50 lbs, with an expected adult weight of 55-60 lbs. He appears to be an American Bully/Pittie mix, though breed and age are our best guess. King has a calm, observant energy, and while friendly with new people, he's not one to demand attention. He's happy to receive affection when offered and enjoys a relaxed rhythm of shared space. His true joy lies in his toys – he loves carrying them, squeaking them, and showing them off, providing his own unique form of entertainment. King is a dog who knows how to coexist peacefully without needing constant engagement.
Ideal Home
King would do best in a home with a yard where he can explore and enjoy his independence. He's not suited for apartment living at this time due to his strength on leash when he sees something that interests him.
Ongoing Health
King is up-to-date on all his vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and has been spayed/neutered. He has a clean bill of health and is ready to go!
Training & Support
King has a good grasp of basic leash manners but will benefit from continued guidance and consistency, especially when he sees things that excite him. He's a medium to low-energy dog who enjoys toys and exploring but easily settles into a relaxed groove.

Transporation
King is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
