Harper

Say hello to Harper, the embodiment of joy and companionship! Harper is a 2-year-old French Bulldog mix who weighs around 45 lbs. He's a bundle of positive traits, described as sweet, friendly, curious, gentle, smart, playful, energetic, loyal, cuddly, shy, goofy, and funny. Harper loves going on leashed walks, especially if he can carry a toy in his mouth. He gets along well with other dogs and has not reacted to cats or other animals on walks. Harper is a high-spirited, wiggly boy eager to happily engage with people. His sweet demeanor and friendly nature make every day brighter! Sadly, he had a rough start in life and ended up in a pound three times. Despite this, he has maintained his joyful spirit and hopes his forever home will be his third and final chance.
