Doc

Doc is a wonderful 6-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer looking for his forever home! He's a high-energy pup who absolutely loves to run and play in his backyard and does well with chain-link fencing. Doc is already house-trained, potty-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. He also knows commands like "sit" and "stay"!

Ideal Home

Doc thrives in a home where he can be the only pet, as he doesn't get along with other dogs or cats. Due to some food aggression and a dislike for being bothered while sleeping, he is not recommended for homes with young children. However, he has been reported to do well with children over the age of 6.

Ongoing Health

Doc is neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

While Doc is a smart boy who knows basic commands, he does have some food aggression and should not be disturbed while sleeping. He is looking for a patient and understanding family to continue his positive reinforcement training.
