Phoenix

Hi! I'm Phoenix, a handsome 10/31/22 mix of Cattledog, Shepherd, and Pitbull. I might be a little camera shy, but I promise I'm even more charming in person! I'm already house trained, dog door trained, and kennel trained, and I absolutely love going for car rides – I'm a very good boy on the road! My previous dad thought I was too rambunctious, but my foster mom says I'm just a normal, active young pup, which is to be expected with my breed! I enjoy a good romp with my doggie friends and get along great with other dogs. While I can be a bit nervous around new people, especially men, I warm up quickly once I learn to trust. I absolutely adore the kids in my foster family and am very protective of them, especially my favorite kid sibling.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a family with children and at least one other active dog who enjoys playing. I need a patient family that will go slow with me as I learn to trust. I don't like being left outside away from my family; I want to be with you all the time or know that I can always come back to you.
