Phillip

Meet Phillip, a 50-pound Staffy mix with a flair for the dramatic when it comes to his plushie toys! He's an expert at toy tossing and loves to snuggle up after bath time. Phillip can be a little shy at first, but he's gaining confidence and his leash manners are improving. He enjoys playing with other dogs of all sizes and is friendly with men and women, though he's still learning that hands are for petting, not for scary gestures. Phillip has a moderate to high energy level and needs daily exercise and mental stimulation. He's crate-trained and doesn't dig, but he does love his chew toys, so supervised play is key. Phillip knows "sit" and is eager to please, especially when treats are involved! He's a work in progress who will make a loyal companion with love and patience.

Ideal Home

Phillip needs a home that will give him space to grow and become more confident. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended.

Phillip is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. Transports depart weekly.
