Drake

Drake is a 10-week-old Beagle/Bassett Hound mix with a unique "bread loaf with legs" physique, complete with adorable floppy ears. He's a gentle and sweet little guy, just a baby who's ready to blossom into the perfect companion. Drake is a wonderful mix of affectionate, couch potato, gentle, and friendly.

Ideal Home

Drake would thrive in a home where he can continue to grow and learn. As a young puppy, he'll need a loving family to guide him.

Ongoing Health

Drake is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives for his age. He will come to you spayed/neutered and microchipped. He will also receive an additional exam and health certificate from a state-licensed veterinarian prior to travel, and will be bathed before adoption. As a bonus, his adoption includes a FREE GPS Tracker from Fi with a 6-month subscription.

Training & Support

As Drake is still a baby, he is ready to learn all about life with his new family. With a little patience and positive reinforcement, he'll surely be a well-behaved companion.

Transporation

Drake is currently located in Lucedale, MS. He is scheduled for transport on July 31st, arriving at the Rocky Hill, CT pickup location 1-2 days later. Transports generally run every two weeks. You are also welcome to pick Drake up in person at our shelter in Lucedale, MS at no additional cost. If you choose our semi-private transport option, there is an additional $185 transport fee.
