About Penguin

Meet Penguin, a confident, sweet Lab mix puppy with a heart as big as her adorable puppy paws. She loves everyone she meets and is always ready for a new adventure, a play session, or a cuddle.

Found as a stray in AL, she is now in a southern foster home, where she is such a joy! She is a take me everywhere kind of pup who is super social, smart and a people pleaser.

This cutie loves other dogs and is learning proper play. She's doing fantastic with her crate training and making great progress with potty training.

So affectionate, and full of personality, Penguin is truly ready to find the family she's been waiting for. If you're looking for a happy, loving puppy to grow up with your family, Penguin is ready to waddle right into your heart.

ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: You must attend training/behavior classes with your new dog unless you are an experienced dog owner and your adoption coordinator is comfortable with your experience. This requirement is for your benefit and your puppy's, so if you experience behavioral issues, you have a point of contact.

PLEASE--Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?
