Maddox

Maddox is a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois mix with a heart of gold. She and her sister Mel lost their world when their parents divorced, and sadly, Maddox is still waiting for her forever home. She's currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. Maddox is a truly sweet girl who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and children. She lives with a feline friend and two small children and is a cherished member of her foster family. While she enjoys a good game of fetch, Maddox is generally a quiet and content companion who prefers to relax with her people. She's house-trained, crate-trained, and incredibly affectionate. Maddox is more suited to be a loving companion than a high-drive working dog. She weighs 60 lbs and is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative, currently on ProHeart 12. Maddox loves to sunbathe and snuggle. The upheaval in her life has been stressful, so she's looking for a home where she'll receive abundant love and affection.

Ideal Home

Maddox would thrive in a home that can offer plenty of love and affection. Yards must be adequately and fully fenced to adopt her; electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Maddox is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is kept on ProHeart 12.

Training & Support

Maddox is house-trained and crate-trained. She is a quiet and reserved girl who enjoys her own space but is also very affectionate.
