About Chip

Chip is a sweet, playful, and curious 2-year-old, 60 lb, neutered male Pit Bull mix who is looking for an experienced adopter to shower with love and patience. He's a total cuddle bug and loves to be by his person's side, making him a wonderful companion. While Chip can be a little shy when first meeting new people, he quickly warms up and becomes your most devoted friend. He's already crate-trained and potty-trained, enjoys sniffing walks, and loves spending time outdoors. Chip also has a fun-loving side and is a pro at rocking costumes!

Ideal Home

Chip would love a family that enjoys his constant companionship and understands that he can experience anxiety when left alone. He would do best with calm, submissive doggy siblings who enjoy playing, or he could be the sole canine resident if he has opportunities for socialization outside the home. Chip is not a fan of cats. He has done well with older children and would thrive in a home that can continue his training and provide him with plenty of adventures.

Ongoing Health

Chip is working on managing his separation anxiety and can be crated when left home alone.

Training & Support

Chip is crate-trained and potty-trained. He is working on his separation anxiety, and his new family will need to continue supporting him with this. He would love a family that is eager to continue his training and engage with him.
