Meet Woody Tater Toy Story! This adorable little guy is approximately 1 month old and may be a German Shepherd mix, though his exact breed is a mystery waiting to be discovered. Woody is tiny, fluffy, and utterly captivating with his shiny black-and-tan coat, floppy ears, and bright, curious eyes. He's a miniature cowboy in the making, ready to waddle his way into your heart.

Woody is currently thriving in a loving foster home, surrounded by dogs, cats, children, and plenty of people. He's getting an amazing start, learning that the world is full of friends and adventures. His days are filled with typical puppy pursuits: wrestling with siblings, exploring new things, taking naps, and of course, eating! This playful exploration and socialization will help him grow into a confident and well-rounded companion. Woody approaches every new experience with pure joy, embodying the sweet, curious, and playful nature of a young puppy.

Ongoing Health

Woody is up-to-date on age-appropriate vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with a booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also received a heartworm test and treatment if needed.

Training & Support

We require adopters to begin crate training immediately to help build confidence, establish routine, and support potty training success as he grows.

Transporation

Woody is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
