Boone

Boone is an 8-year-old Standard Australian Shepherd who is still waiting for his forever home. He was rescued from a rural shelter with his son, and while his son has found his family, Boone is still looking for his. Boone has completed his heartworm treatment. He has a knack for destroying stuffed toys, is an excellent cuddler, and is a true food connoisseur. While he's still working on counter surfing, Boone already knows commands like sit, down, and leave it. He walks well on a leash and is house and crate trained. All Boone dreams of is a collection of toys, a comfy couch, and a family to shower with love.

Boone would thrive in a quiet household and prefers to live with easygoing canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Boone has completed his heartworm treatment. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Boone knows basic commands such as sit, down, and leave it. He is house and crate trained and walks well on a leash. Counter surfing is a work in progress that his new family may need to continue working on.
