Pugsley was taken into a shelter in Kentucky where his owner was charged for cutting his ears off. How HORRIBLE! Due to his trauma, he needs to be the ONLY PET IN HOME! No cats, bunnies, dogs etc. Pugsley is dog reactive when they are in his personal bubble and will bark at them when looking out a window (who doesn't, right?) He does fine when walking and a dog is in the opposite side of the side walk.

Pugsley honestly hasn't met anyone he hasn't liked! HE LOVES PEOPLE!
