Dart

Meet Dart! He's a handsome little guy from Buttons' litter of adorable puppies. Dart is a male, estimated to be born around February 22, 2026, and is currently around 16 weeks old. He weighs about 10 pounds and sports a striking black and white coat. Dart and his siblings have overcome a rough start in life and are now thriving, healthy, and ready to find their loving forever families. Their mom, Buttons, is a small 19-pound dog suspected to be a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, and while the dad is unknown, the puppies may have ancestry from breeds like Collie, Corgi, Australian Shepherd, or Spaniel.

Ideal Home

Dart has been raised in a family environment and has done very well with children, cats, and other dogs. He's social and ready to join a household that will continue to provide him with love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Dart has been thoroughly vetted and is ready for his new home! He has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated with DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies, microchipped, dewormed, and tested negative on a fecal exam. He is up-to-date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention and has received a clean bill of health from a veterinarian.

Training & Support

Dart has soft, medium to long fur that will require regular brushing and routine grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.

Dart is currently being fostered in Texas. He is available for adoption in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, New York, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas, with additional states considered where transport requirements can be met.
