King is a wonderfully well-rounded boy with a fun, fluffy tail that makes him truly stand out! He's an energetic and active companion who also knows how to be sweet, quiet, and gentle. At around 6-8 years old and 55 lbs, King approaches life with enthusiasm, rating a "10" in energy! He's very playful, loves to run, and enjoys an active lifestyle.

Ideal Home

King is a friendly boy who enjoys the company of people, including children, and other dogs. He hasn't been around cats, so a feline-free home would be best. He thrives in an active environment and would be a fantastic buddy for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. He's not a high-maintenance dog and is quite self-sufficient.

Ongoing Health

King was found after being hit by a car and has physical scars from this past trauma. However, these scars do not impact his ability to live a full and active life. He is fully functioning and nothing holds him back.

Training & Support

This smart boy has good common sense and follows directions well, happily going into his crate or quieting down when asked. He's not a big barker, but he will alert you to anything unusual. King is both crate and house-trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He shows no signs of storm or separation anxiety. While generally well-behaved, he once chewed up a plastic water bowl, so metal bowls are recommended.
