Lluvia is a sweet and playful 8-month-old Labrador mix puppy with a happy, energetic personality. She's curious and confident, approaching new people and situations with confidence, though she might be a little cautious at first. Lluvia loves to run, jump, and play, especially with her favorite toys, and she absolutely adores receiving pets and cuddles. She has not shown any aggressive behavior and is social with other dogs, men, women, and strangers. While she is not yet house-trained, she is ready to learn and grow with a loving and active family. Lluvia is estimated to grow to be about 32-38 lbs.
Ideal Home
Lluvia would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard and an active family that enjoys outdoor activities. She needs a family with the intention to truly rescue a dog, understanding the needs of rescued animals for protection and education. Previous experience with dog behavior and training is highly recommended, or a willingness to hire a trainer. A high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies is essential.
Ongoing Health
Lluvia has been spayed/neutered, received DHPPI and Rabies vaccinations, and Bordetella vaccination. She has also been dewormed, microchipped, and tested for 4DX and heartworm (results negative). She is on monthly preventive protection (Nexgard Spectra). A health certificate and vaccination booklet are included.
Training & Support
Lluvia is not house-trained and will require patience and consistency in this area. Potential adopters should be prepared to provide education and guidance, and ideally have experience with dog behavior or be willing to work with a trainer.

- Upon approval, an adoption contract will be signed, and an adoption fee will be collected to cover vet care, spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, and food.
Transportation
Lluvia is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast. Door-to-door delivery is available through a partnered transport company. Scheduled trips occur 3-4 times a year, with a minimum of 15-20 adoptions per trip. A transport fee of $400 USD applies. This fee covers cross-border transport, necessary legal documents, and delivery to your home. Regular updates will be provided during the journey.
