Rocky is a lucky boy who was just saved from the shelter and is now dreaming of a long-term foster or forever home. This handsome, black-and-brown Doberman Pinscher mix is about 3 years old, neutered, and a solid 85 lbs of sweetness and smarts.

Rocky first came to the shelter in 2023 at 13 weeks old with his sister. He was adopted and thought he found his forever home. Then, in 2026, he lost his puppyhood home, along with his 3 canine sisters and brother. After waiting months to find a new home, he was rescued on his last day to save his life by the same rescuer who saved his German Shepherd sister. They couldn't let Rocky be the only dog from his former family who didn't find a home.

Rocky shared a home with two shepherds and a small terrier, and he's shown us what a resilient, friendly soul he is. He loves to play, enjoys his walks, and is ready to bond with his people. With his easy-going nature, he may do well sharing a home with another respectful canine companion.
