Meet Hans and Poncho, a bonded pair of sweet, shy boys who were found abandoned together outside a church in Smithville, TX. A kind local resident took them in and contacted Kind Spirits rescue when she couldn't keep them, not wanting them to end up in a high-kill shelter. They are a package deal and will need a patient and loving home together!
Pancho is a black and white Border Collie mix, approximately 12-18 months old. He's a quiet, polite, and sweet boy who loves treats, toys, and gentle pets. He can be a bit timid at first, so if he gets spooked, he might hide under the bed or in his crate.
Hans is a brindle brown and white Spanish Mastiff mix, around 8-10 months old. He's a very mellow and cuddly companion who enjoys playing with a ball and snuggling up next to you or his brother, Pancho.
Both Hans and Pancho are gentle, naive, and loving. They are doing well with humans, other dogs, and cats. However, they are bonded and a little shy with new things, so they will need patience and confidence-building as they adjust to their new environment.
