Sailboat

Sailboat is a sweet 7-year-old, 60 lb lady who was found as a stray and brought to a rural shelter in Alabama. It was hard to believe that such a friendly and well-behaved dog came from the streets, but sadly, nobody came to claim her after months of waiting. Now, she's in a loving foster home in NYC, and it looks like Sailboat has wind in her sails again! Her fosters describe her as super calm and quiet, gentle with kids, and she loves meeting other dogs. She enjoys affection but is never demanding, can be left home alone without any issues, and is a joy to walk on leash.

Sailboat would thrive in a home where she can receive affection and companionship. She's already shown to be great with kids and other dogs.
