Curly

Hi, my name is Curly! I'm a young female dog who is about medium-sized and a mixed breed with Black Labrador Retriever. I was found wandering with two other dogs who might be my siblings, but I'm not quite sure. The wonderful HART folks have given my short life a new purpose! Now I can focus on something other than survival and being frightened of everything that might harm me! I can actually trust people and give them little kisses and wag my tail to greet them! Since coming to my foster mom, I have shown her that I am housebroken and crate trained! I absolutely love playing with my canine foster brother and sister and proudly trot around with fresh sticks. We play "chase the squirrels" daily. It takes me a while to warm up to you, but once I put my trust in you, I become your shadow! I catch onto routines and schedules quickly! My foster mom says I am a sweet soul who thrives on love. I would love to meet you!

Ideal Home

I would do best in a home with another confident dog who can show me the ropes and rules, as I feel comfortable following their lead.
