Koby

Koby is a sweet and gentle 14-year-old Pomeranian mix with a unique look and an even more unique story. He came to us from a rural shelter and is now ready for a loving home to spoil him in his golden years. Koby gets along with other dogs and doesn't mind being held. He's still decompressing in our care, but despite a past dog attack that left a permanent scar on his back where fur won't grow, he remains a friendly and loving boy with so much potential. We are having him evaluated by our vets for other health points and will provide updates as soon as we know more. We promised Koby that the rest of his life would be the best of his life, and we hope that can be with you!

Ideal Home

Koby would thrive in a home where he can be spoiled unconditionally.

Ongoing Health

Koby has a permanent swath of scar tissue on his back from a past dog attack that will not grow fur. He is currently undergoing veterinary evaluation for other potential health concerns.

Training & Support

Koby is a bit shy and still decompressing. Patience and gentle introductions will help him settle in.

Transporation

Koby is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
