Meet Petunia, an 11-month-old sweetheart with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! This adorable Lab mix is a social butterfly who adores people, other dogs, and even the little ones in her foster home. She comes from an area with a high number of homeless pets, and by choosing Petunia, you're not only saving a life but also making space for another animal in need. Petunia is playful, curious, and affectionate, fitting perfectly into an active family life. She’s great with dogs of all sizes and has shown gentleness and affection towards the young children and resident cat in her foster home. She loves romping in the snow and snuggling up for cuddles.
Ideal Home
Petunia would thrive in a home that is ready for the joy and adventure of raising a puppy. She'd love a family who enjoys spending quality time together, whether that's playing in the yard, going for walks, or relaxing at home. While she enjoys having canine companions, she would also be happy as the sole dog, soaking up all the attention.
Ongoing Health
Petunia is a healthy puppy. The adoption fee includes all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and a health certificate.
Training & Support
As a young puppy, Petunia will need a family committed to ongoing training, socialization, and establishing a consistent routine. Crate training is highly recommended to aid in potty training, energy management, and developing a well-balanced adult dog.
