Fiona

Fiona is a 10-week-old Labradoodle/Poodle-type mix with a coat similar to a Portuguese Water Dog. She's confident, outgoing, and loves everyone she meets, never having met a stranger. Fiona is quite savvy and enjoys the water, making her a potential boat or swimming companion! She gets along well with other dogs and cats and enjoys playing with them.

Ideal Home

Fiona would thrive in an active home where she can share her love for the outdoors, especially water activities.

Ongoing Health

Fiona will come spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations (for her age), and current on preventatives. She will also receive an additional exam and health certificate from a state-licensed veterinarian prior to travel. She will be bathed prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Fiona is still very young and will benefit from continued socialization and training.

Transporation

Fiona is currently located at Rise & Shine Rescue in Lucedale, MS. She is available for transport to a designated pickup location, arriving 1-2 days after her July 31st departure. Transports generally run every two weeks. Adopters are also welcome to pick up Fiona in person at the shelter at no additional cost. A semi-private transport option is available for an additional $185 fee.
