Luna is a sweet 7-year-old girl who weighs about 20 pounds. She's looking for a new adventure after her family went through a divorce. Luna is the definition of a low-maintenance companion; her foster dad calls her the most turn-key foster dog he's ever had! She loves to be near her people, content to lounge nearby and keep them company. While she's not a "velcro dog," she does appreciate being able to see what everyone is up to. At night, she happily settles into her crate and rests until morning.
Luna gets along with everyone she meets! She's enjoyed meeting new people and other dogs in her foster neighborhood. She's slowly learning to play with her foster sister, dabbling in playtime when the mood strikes. She hasn't met any cats yet, so her opinion on feline friends is yet to be formed. She has a soft coat and an even softer disposition to match. Luna would prefer not to be left alone all day, but she's comfortable spending a few hours alone in her crate or with her foster sister. A little love is all she needs, and she'll return it tenfold.
Ideal Home
Luna would prefer a home where she isn't left alone all day, though she's fine for a few hours. She is apartment qualified.
Ongoing Health
Luna is a very healthy girl with no special needs or health issues. She has been spayed, is up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Luna is housetrained and leash-trained. She also rides well in the car. She barks rarely and softly.

- All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.
- MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.

Transporation
Luna is being fostered in Salt Lake City, Utah. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR.
