Kelso is a wonderful dog with a heartbreaking story. He was adopted as a puppy, and we thought he'd found his forever home. However, just before Christmas, he was sadly abandoned at a veterinary clinic. We were immediately there to bring him into our care.
Despite this betrayal, Kelso is an incredibly resilient and loving companion. He has a proven track record of living harmoniously with children, other dogs, and even chickens! He's already house-trained and kennel-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has an easygoing nature that makes him a joy to be around. Kelso knows his basic commands and truly loves everyone he meets. He enjoys leisurely walks, relaxing indoors or outdoors, and most of all, simply being with his people. He isn't demanding; he just longs for a family who will cherish him and never leave him again.

Kelso would thrive in a home that can provide him with the stable, loving environment he deserves. He has a history of getting along with children, other dogs, and even chickens, so he'd likely be a great fit for a variety of households.

Kelso is neutered, up to date on all his vaccines, and has been microchipped. He is also heartworm negative.
Training & Support
Kelso is already house-trained and kennel-trained, and he walks beautifully on a leash. He knows his basic commands, which will make transitioning into a new home even smoother.
