Meet SPARKY!

This handsome 30-pound boy is full of youthful spirit and playful puppy energy, always ready for his next adventure. While his exact age is yet to be determined, he's young at heart and a gentle soul underneath his spunky and goofy personality. SPARKY loves playing with other dogs and would enjoy a canine friend to romp with. He can be a little shy and timid when meeting new people or experiencing new situations, but with patience, kindness, and positive guidance, his confidence is growing every day. SPARKY is a wonderful leash walker, making him a great companion for strolls around the neighborhood or exploring new trails. We're not yet sure about his feelings towards cats, but he hasn't shown a high prey drive so far. He's also crate trained and housetrained, and DNA results are coming soon to reveal his unique mix! SPARKY is looking for a family that will give him time, lots of love, and the opportunity to blossom into the confident companion we know he's meant to be.

Ongoing Health

SPARKY will have a veterinary appointment soon for an evaluation, and we'll update his age estimate and any findings after his visit. A DNA test is also scheduled to learn more about his unique mix.

Training & Support

SPARKY can be a little shy and timid when meeting new people or experiencing new situations. With patience, kindness, and positive guidance, he's already showing that his confidence continues to grow each day. He is crate trained and housetrained.
