Hope

Hope is a 2-year-old, 30-pound American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up to date on all preventatives. She can be a little shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly to show off her silly, independent spirit. Hope is a medium-energy dog who loves playtime and relaxing nearby afterward. She has a funny habit of gathering as many toys as she can carry to her favorite spot. Hope walks nicely on a leash, though she can pull when she sees squirrels. She is also a great car companion. At home, Hope is house-trained, crate-trained for up to six hours, and can free roam without being destructive. She has no issues with food aggression or resource guarding.

Ideal Home

Hope would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children (12+) as she can get jumpy when excited and a bit mouthy during play. She is still learning to be gentle.

Ongoing Health

Hope is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up to date on all preventatives. We have no history with cats.

Training & Support

Hope is eager to keep learning and is very food motivated and toy-driven.
