My name is Surprise, and yes, that's really my name! I'm a 48-pound bundle of fabulous and charming awkwardness. I recently found myself without a home, but thankfully, I didn't lose my sparkle! I'm currently adjusting with the help of the wonderful TALGV crew, and while I appreciate the company, group living isn't quite my style – those noisy neighbors can be a bit much! I'm a medium-energy girl, happy to go for a walk or settle in for a nap, whatever suits the mood. I'm definitely more of a grown-up's dog, so if you're looking for quiet evenings and the occasional "accidental" snack on the floor, I might be your girl. Once I trust you, I'm loyal, loving, and will even offer supportive commentary on your TV choices!

I'm looking for a kind, calm home with a spot on the couch. I'd prefer a home without children.

I am spayed and vaccinated.

I am house-trained. I'm adjusting well to new environments and learning to manage my anxieties in group settings.
