Cuteness overload warning! Have you ever seen puppies as cute as these babies? Born May 3rd, Calix is part Shih Tzu, Pug, and Dachshund mix. He is a male and weighs approximately 3.5 lbs. Calix was born in the South Texas area and surrendered to us 2 weeks ago as his owners could no longer keep him. Calix is the happiest puppy! He LOVES to be around humans and please anyone he is around. He is super-duper playful and gets the cutest butt wiggles ever! His butt goes completely to the side when he's excited. Calix loves his toys and he loves to cuddle and just loves life itself. He is VERY well socialized and if someone breaks in, will do absolutely nothing to stop the burglars besides maybe wag his tail and ask for treats and pets. He is VERY foot motivated and loves all food and treats passed his way.
Ideal Home
Calix is still just a young baby, so please understand he will need training, exercise (as much as his little body can handle), patience, and lots of love and care. Any family would hit the jackpot to welcome Calix into your home.
Ongoing Health
Calix is current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.
Training & Support
Calix is still a puppy and will need continued training and socialization. He is very foot-motivated and loves treats, which will be helpful in his training journey.

Transportation
Calix is currently located in Texas. We transport to the Central US and the East Coast every 2-3 weeks. Transport locations include: Albany, NY; Wells, VT and Brattleboro, VT; Nashua, NH; Willington, CT, Stamford, CT, and Dayville, CT; Steubenville, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Grove City, OH; Ridgefield, NJ and Mt Laurel, NJ; Emmitsburg, MD and Elkton, MD; Falls Church, VA and Glenn Allen, VA. Transport to Grove City, PA and Washington, PA is on hold until further notice.
