Hi there, I'm Millie, a sweet and smart 12-year-old pit bull mix ready to find my forever family! I'm 50 pounds of pure love and I'm already spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. I'm also a pro at the basics – I'm house, crate, and leash trained, and I walk like a dream. Oh, and I love car rides!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a calm and confident person who can help me feel safe and secure. Because I can be a fear snapper and sometimes guard my food, treats, or bones, it's important that my new family understands my needs and respects my boundaries. I'm good with children who are older and understand that I'm a sensitive girl who can be easily startled. I'm selective with other dogs and would do best with a friendly, easygoing companion who won't overwhelm me. I am not a good fit for a home with cats.

Training & Support

I'm food motivated and eager to please, which will be a great asset in building our bond! I do have some challenges with men and can be a fear snapper and resource guarder. Patience, trust, and a gentle approach will be key to helping me feel secure.
