Ivy

Ivy is a loyal, affectionate, and independent Heeler mix with a strong work ethic. She was found abandoned at an apartment complex, where she stayed for weeks, showing her devotion. A kind rescuer was able to gain her trust, and she's been decompressing wonderfully in a foster home ever since. Ivy is approximately 3 years old, weighs about 50 lbs, and has striking heterochromia – two different colored eyes, which some believe symbolize a connection to both heaven and earth. She's spayed and tested heartworm negative.

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive as an only dog, as she generally prefers her own quiet space or enjoying the sunshine outdoors. She's looking for an active companion who enjoys running or long walks.
