Little, fluffy, and ridiculously cute, Moonpie is the kind of dog that makes you do a double take. With her soft, fluffy ears that look like they belong on a little Furby doll and her fun, sweet personality, she's basically a walking bundle of happiness. She has that playful, spunky side that makes life more fun, paired perfectly with a gentle, affectionate nature that just wants to be close to her people. Moonpie is little, lovable, and full of charm. The kind of dog who turns everyday moments into something sweeter just by being there. She is believed to be a cattle dog mix, approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 34 lbs.

Ideal Home

Moonpie is not a good fit for homes with cats, as she finds them too interesting and engaging.

Ongoing Health

Moonpie is up-to-date on all vetting, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and preventative medications.

Training & Support

Moonpie is a smart, treat-motivated girl who already knows basic commands like "sit." She's also easily walked on a leash and is crate and potty trained. Her calm demeanor makes her a great companion for those who work from home, and she's happy to snuggle on the couch while you get work done. She also makes a wonderful adventure buddy, always eager to explore alongside you.

You will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience.
The adoption fee is $1200, which includes all vetting and transport.
A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real-time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page.
