Lieutenant Dan

Hi, I'm Lieutenant Dan! I'm a 2-month-old American Staffordshire/Staffordshire bull mix puppy and one of Mama Zara's handsome boys! Just like my namesake from Forrest Gump, I'm strong, determined, and ready to take on the world! Right now, that mostly means chasing toys, wrestling with my siblings, and taking lots of puppy naps. I'm a sweet little guy who loves being around people and getting attention. Whether I'm following you around the house, playing in the yard, or curling up for a nap after a busy day, I'm happiest when I'm part of the action. I'm still very young, so everything is new and exciting to me, and I'm learning more every day.

Ideal Home

I do well with kids, cats, and other dogs. My new family must provide a home environment where I can be part of the family.

Ongoing Health

All puppies are up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heartworm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Like all puppies, I'm currently working on potty training, crate training, basic manners, and learning what is and isn't a toy. I'll need a family that can provide patience, consistency, routine, and structure as I grow. Puppies need guidance and positive reinforcement to succeed.
