Ronin and Yuri

Meet Ronin and Yuri, a bonded pair of dogs who have faced adversity with unwavering loyalty to each other. Ronin, a sweet and happy boy, is toy-obsessed and knows how to shake a paw. He's wonderful with people but can be unpredictable with other dogs, with the exception of his best friend, Yuri. Yuri, a quiet and gentle soul, was rescued after being abandoned and arrived sick, but she has since made a full recovery. She can be a bit timid at first, but with patience, she blossoms into a smart, trainable companion who loves the water.

Ideal Home

Ronin and Yuri would thrive in a home with plenty of space to run, such as a ranch, farm, or large property. They are not recommended for homes with cats or young children.

Ongoing Health

Yuri arrived sick but is now fully recovered.

Training & Support

Ronin can be unpredictable with other dogs.

Transportation

Ronin and Yuri are located near Bucerias, Mexico. Approved adopters in the US and Canada are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet your new dogs at the airport. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
