Scrappy

Scrappy is a funny little pup with a very young age but a very smart mind and an attitude for days! He already knows how to sit, and the shelter staff is having fun teaching him tricks like weaving through their legs. He's very chatty and will let you know if you're out of line by asking him not to chew on your fingers. He's all puppy!
