Meet Drago! This handsome German Shepherd mix with a touch of Rottweiler is approximately 10 months old and weighs 40lbs. Drago's story started with heartbreak, but we're determined to make sure it ends in love. He was brought to us with his seven siblings and their mama, but sadly, his mom was not as lucky. Despite such a rough beginning, Drago is full of love, hope, and puppy joy. He's a happy, treat-motivated boy who is eager to learn and even more eager to please his people. With his playful puppy energy and sweet personality, Drago is ready to discover just how wonderful life can truly be. His foster family loves him so much they got him a DNA test to see what this handsome boy was mixed with. He has already survived more sadness than any puppy should ever know. Now all he needs is a family willing to show him what a safe, happy, forever home feels like.

- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- An alteration contract needs to be signed by the adopter to complete the adoption.
- Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.
- Listed breed is based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.
- Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.
- All of our adopters are invited to join our Alum Pupdates Facebook group, to share their story and their adorable pup with fellow Sunnyside Street Dogs adopters!
