Buttons is a sweet, 4-year-old Hound mix with a wonderfully gentle and easygoing personality. She arrived at the shelter underweight but is gaining steadily and feeling much better every day. Buttons is a mellow girl who enjoys the simple pleasures in life: short walks, naps in the sun, and being close to her favorite people. She walks nicely on a leash and is very treat-motivated, making her an easy and delightful companion. Buttons is not a high-energy dog and would be a perfect addition for someone looking for a calm, steady presence. She'd thrive in a quieter home, with an older couple, or with anyone who simply wants a loving dog to share their space with.
