Hi there! I’m Lakota — a sweet and spunky German Shepherd mix born in February 2023, and I’m finally ready for my post-mom glow-up! After raising my adorable litter like a total champ, it’s my time to shine. I’m trading in midnight feedings for backyard zoomies, belly rubs, and all the love a girl could dream of. I’m a total goofball who lives for toys, treats, and attention — especially if you’re a guy! I get along well with other dogs, and while I’m still learning a few manners (yes, I get a little bouncy when I’m excited!), I’ve got a heart of gold and I’m working hard on crate and leash training. I promise I’m a fast learner, especially when snacks are involved! My perfect day includes a sunny yard to run around in, some squeaky toys to chase, a cozy nap, and snuggles with my forever person. After giving so much of myself to raise my pups, I’m finally ready to be the one who’s cherished and spoiled. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with big ears, a bigger heart, and a love for life, I might just be your girl.

Ideal Home

I’d love an active family who enjoys playing, adventuring, and lounging in the sunshine as much as I do. Apartment life probably isn’t for me — I’ve got legs that love to stretch and a zoomie spirit that needs room to roam.
