Meet Siena, a sweet, affectionate dog who absolutely melts hearts with her love of cuddles and kisses! At about 1.5 years old, this adorable pit bull mix (possibly with some bulldog in her—hello, adorable slobber!) is looking for an active family who can continue her excellent training progress and give her all the love she deserves. Siena is a cuddle bug and a champion kisser who loves being close to her people. She already knows sit, come and other commands, and shes a quick learner. She sits beautifully for treats (though she'd also love to counter-surf for snacks—working on that!). She walks very well on leash—perfect for daily adventures together, and does well in her crate, making her easier to integrate into your routine. She bonds deeply with her family and has a strong protective instinct.
Ideal Home
Siena will do best as the only pet in the home, as she very much needs to be the queen bee, the center of attention. She would thrive with a patient and active family who can provide consistent training, plenty of love, and the patience to help her continue developing into the amazing companion she's already becoming.
Ongoing Health
Siena is fixed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm-negative, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Siena is working on calm behavior around other dogs through barriers (fences) and appropriate greetings without territorial behavior. She needs a family that will consistently continue this training. Like all CPR dogs, additional dog training is required. She is also working on not counter-surfing for snacks.
