Kenzo

Kenzo is a charming 2-year-old, 14lb Yorkie/Poodle mix who is ready to bring his playful spirit and affectionate kisses into your home! He's a bundle of energy who loves to zoom around with his canine companions in a secure yard and adores a good chew toy. When he's not playing, Kenzo is happiest snuggling up for belly rubs and sharing his love. He's also a big fan of water and will happily splash around! Kenzo can be a bit vocal when he hears noises or wants attention, and he gets so excited to play that he can get a little mouthy and jumpy. He's also been known to get a bit dig happy in the yard, so he'll need some supervision there.

Ideal Home

Kenzo would thrive in a home where someone is around often, as he doesn't do well being left alone for long periods. He'd love to have another playful dog to romp with or active people who can keep up with his energetic spirit. A secure, fenced yard is a must, along with plenty of chew toys to keep him happily occupied. Your home must also be able to accommodate regular grooming for his coat.

Kenzo is neutered, vaccinated, HW negative, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Kenzo is house and crate trained. He needs continued training to help with leash pulling and to curb his excited jumping and mouthiness when he wants to play. Consistency, leadership, and structure will be key to his continued success. He also needs to be watched to prevent digging in the yard.

Kenzo will need at least two weeks to settle into his new home without visitors, allowing him time to bond with his new family and adjust to his new environment.
