Ada AKA (Ziggy)

Ada, also known as Ziggy, is a lovable 5–6-year-old Hound mix weighing approximately 60 pounds. She is extremely sweet, loving, chill, and an excellent house guest who enjoys being outside, going for walks, receiving pets, and snoozing.

Ideal Home

Ada is dog friendly and loves playing with other dogs, though she does best with slower introductions to dogs who immediately get in her face. She communicates appropriately with her foster siblings and will walk away when she needs space. She does not bother other dogs while they eat, but she prefers to keep her chews and will trade for a high-value item.

Adoption is limited to Ohio residents.

Ongoing Health

Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, a microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines, and prevention kept up to date.

Training & Support

Ada knows basic commands, walks well on a leash, is potty trained, and can be left loose in the home when you are away. She generally does not try to run out the door, though seeing a leash makes her eager to join a walk.
