Meet Richie, a charming red Golden Doodle puppy with a heart full of love to give! Born on December 27, 2025, Richie currently weighs 20 lbs and is expected to reach an adult weight of 30-35 lbs, just like his parents. He's a fantastic companion who doesn't shed, but he will require regular grooming to keep him looking his best. Richie is a happy, friendly, and social guy who gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs. He's a bit of a shadow, happily following his humans around, and he absolutely adores playing with other dogs! When Richie first arrived, he was a bit shy, and while he's warmed up beautifully, he might be a little shy with you at first too. He was released from a breeder because he was an older pup who never found his home, but rest assured, there's nothing wrong with him! He's been vet-checked and is ready to embark on his new adventure. Richie is already crate trained and doggy door trained, though he'll need a little more practice walking on a leash.

Richie thrives in a home where he can be part of the family and get plenty of playtime and affection.
Ongoing Health
Richie has been vet-checked, neutered, vaccinated for Parvo/Distemper and Rabies, and is up-to-date on Frontline and heartworm prevention. He was also fecal tested and came back clean. It was noted that he has a small underbite, but it does not cause him any issues. All vet paperwork will go home with him.
Training & Support
Richie is crate trained and doggy door trained. He will need some additional training to get better on a leash. He might be shy initially, so patience and gentle introductions will help him settle in.

Transportation
Richie is located in Antwerp, Ohio. Transport is available every other Wednesday morning to Maumee, if needed. Approved families are always welcome to visit Richie in Antwerp.
