Wookie

Meet Wookie, a charming 7-year-old Yorkie/Griffon mix with a distinguished cleft lip. He came to us as an owner surrender and, despite his unique look, he's a healthy and happy fellow. Wookie is a dog-friendly boy who is looking for a home without children. He can be a bit spicy when meeting new people and tends to prefer the company of women. It may take him a little time to warm up, but once he does, he becomes incredibly loyal and loves to cuddle! He's already house-trained and crate-trained, making him a wonderful companion for the right person.

Ideal Home

Wookie would thrive in a home without children. He needs a patient adopter who understands he can be a little shy and cautious with new people, especially men.

Ongoing Health

Wookie has a cleft lip but is otherwise a healthy boy.

Training & Support

Wookie is house-trained and crate-trained. He may take some time to warm up to new people, so continued patience and positive reinforcement will be key to his adjustment.
