Oscar Mayer is a tiny, white, and extra fluffy boy who is learning the ways of the world. We estimate him to be about 3 years old. With his Maltese Chihuahua roots, he's about 15 pounds of pure lap dog. Oscar is currently in a loving foster home with 7 other small dogs and is blossoming into a playful little guy. He's gentle with his elderly foster siblings and enjoys sharing food with his companions. Oscar is a loyal companion who falls hard for those he trusts and is trusted to free roam the house, sleeping in his foster's bed at night. He loves to snuggle on soft surfaces and enjoys sitting on the porch with his housemates. Oscar would make a perfect morning coffee buddy or a sunset companion.
Ideal Home
Oscar would be best in a home with a yard, as he loves being outdoors. He would also do well in a calm environment with a routine. Oscar would be best with older children who can understand and respect his boundaries, as he is timid and prefers to take things slow. He may be okay with cats, but we are not recommending a home with just one cat.
