Thunder

Thunder is a playful and goofy adult male Labrador Retriever mix with the most animated facial expressions. He was an owner surrender due to family issues and sadly spent most of his recent life in a pen with very little attention. Thunder can be a bit fearful of men at first, but with a little patience and a few treats, he warms up quickly. Once he trusts you, he becomes incredibly affectionate and will lean all his weight on you, just wanting pets. He might take a little time to get used to you, but he will be a loyal companion once you get comfortable with each other.

Ideal Home

Thunder is good with kids and other dogs. However, he does tend to chase cats, so a home without felines would be best for him.

Ongoing Health

Thunder has been neutered.

Training & Support

Thunder may need some time to adjust and build trust, especially with men. Patience, positive reinforcement with treats, and understanding his need for a bit of space initially will help him thrive.
