Devon is a precious 7-week-old puppy with the sweetest face! He's currently thriving in a foster home where he gets lots of cuddles and playtime with his sisters and children. He's a mixed breed with Border Collie and Dutch Shepherd parents, and is expected to be a medium-sized dog.
