She loves to play and gets along wonderfully with her foster dog siblings. With a medium energy level, Penny is incredibly well-behaved, loves her people, enjoys snuggling, and plays nicely. She is crate trained and her biggest wish is to make her humans happy! She's been waiting for her special someone, and we know she'll bring immense joy to a family.
