STUDLEY (aka Stud Muffin)

Studley, a handsome 4-5 year old gentleman, is looking for a confident leader to share his life with. He's a wonderfully therapeutic presence, a bit of a couch potato who also enjoys soaking up the world from the backyard. Studley appreciates affection and loves car rides and walks. He's not a clingy companion, content to entertain himself with a good chew toy and some background music. His daycamp leader describes him as medium energy, but he does experience anxiety during thunderstorms and rain, so someone home frequently would be ideal. Studley is excellent with people and does well with good-natured dogs, including smaller ones, after proper introductions. He is not a cat fan.

Ideal Home

Studley thrives in a home with a strong, experienced handler who can provide gentle redirection when needed. A fenced backyard is a must for him to safely enjoy his outdoor time. He'd love someone who enjoys spending time at home, whether inside or out.

Ongoing Health

Studley experiences anxiety during thunderstorms and rain.

Training & Support

Studley is generally house-trained and communicates clearly when he needs to go outside. He is a powerful dog who requires an experienced handler to redirect him when necessary.
