Buttons

Buttons is a sweet, approximately 12-year-old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix who weighs around 12 pounds. She is a friendly and affectionate girl who was rescued from an abusive situation and came to us neglected, severely matted, and with a flea infestation. Despite her past, Buttons is ready to shower her new family with love and loyalty, though she can be a bit shy at first. She is crate and leash trained and is doing well with house training. Buttons is good with both dogs and cats and can warm up to children.

Ideal Home

Buttons can be a bit shy initially, but once she warms up, she is affectionate and loyal.

Ongoing Health

Buttons is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations and preventatives. She recently had a dental and lab work. She does have a mild heart murmur that does not require intervention at this time.

Training & Support

Buttons is crate and leash trained and is doing well with house training.
